• Comply with all applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, state/territory Fair Trading legislation, and anti‑discrimination laws.

We may edit, suspend, or remove any listing that breaches these Terms or applicable laws, or that we otherwise deem inappropriate.

6. Prohibited Content

You must not post content that:

• is false, misleading, or deceptive;
• infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• is offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory; or
• is unrelated to the sale or rental of residential properties.

7. Fees and Payments

• Fees for listing properties are as displayed on the Site.
• All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is required in full before your listing is published.
• Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.

8. No Guarantee of Sale or Rental

We provide an advertising platform only. We do not guarantee any sale, rental, inquiry, inspection, or outcome.

9. Third‑Party Services

The Site may include links to third‑party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
